Dr. Joshua L. Hadnot

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Hadnot has over a decade of experience with a focus on management consulting and leading high performing teams that specialize in business strategy, information technology, program management, organizational transformation, staffing analysis and operational improvement. Dr. Hadnot launched Southeast Texas Consulting as the Chief Executive Officer in 2023. As a member of Southeast Texas Consulting's executive team, he is responsible for the oversight and execution of every element of Southeast Texas Consulting.

Prior to launching Southeast Texas Consulting, Dr. Hadnot worked as a sole proprietor and aspiring entrepreneur using his skills for various projects for companies in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. Dr. Hadnot has served in various leadership capacities at Jasper Police Department, Jasper Independent School District, Jasper Lake Sam Rayburn Chamber of Commerce, University of Phoenix, implementing enterprise-wide programs focused on internal strategy, program management, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Dr. Hadnot earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Master of Science Administration of Justice and Security. Following that Dr. Hadnot completed a Doctor of Management degree with a graduate certificate in Public Management.

As a creative director, Dr. Hadnot invests his soul and imagination into every project that he works on. Dr. Hadnot has been named Young Person of the Year 2021 by Jasper Lake Sam Rayburn Chamber of Commerce. Along with being awarded the Tyler Excellence Award in 2019 by Tyler Technologies for his innovative approaches in terms of law enforcement data retention and dissemination.
